What is it?
Come create a journal. Participants will choose the purpose of their journals — art, writing, organizing, gratitude, free writing, bullet journaling, list making or travel journaling.
We will:
-spend time filling journals with scrapbook paper, stickers, washi tape, various markers and other forms of mixed-media to help create a masterpiece
-discover techniques to express thoughts, emotions, and ideas on paper.
-infuse your journaling practice with fresh creativity.
-take time for connection, creativity and relaxation in a lovely space with like minded humans
Why do it?
Whether you’re dealing with stress from school, burnout from work, an illness, or anxiety, journaling can help in many ways:
-can reduce anxiety
-can help you break away from the nonstop cycle of obsessively thinking
